Interpoma presents the complete process chain from the cultivation to the storage and marketing of the fruit of Adam and Eve – an experience throughout 360°, focused on business, hospitality, enogastronomy and nature, rounded up by a top-class event programme with a special attention on the international congress “The Apple in the World”.
Feverish preparations are under way for the 12th Interpoma, a specialist event which is the only international trade fair dedicated to apples, the product par excellence of South Tyrol.
In the last few years, Interpoma, the international trade show on apple production, storage and marketing, has pursued innovation as its main theme, becoming the key event for finding out about the development of new ideas in the apple production sector. 2024 will be no different and from November 21 to 23, Bolzano will once again become the apple capital of the world, as more than 20,000 professionals from all over the world descend on the city to find out the latest news from the sector.
The Interpoma 2024 trade fair, which takes place every two years in Bolzano (Italy), has become the most important international meeting point for professionals interested in the latest technologies in apple growing.
